Personal Training


If you are 40 and over and are ready to make some healthy changes to your body, fitness and mindset, you are in the right place!

I offer PT sessions online or face to face, which ever suits your schedule.

Personal training sessions vary in length from 30mins to 60mins.

Every workout is focused around achieving your specific goal with a training plan tailored especially for you.

A variety of equipment is used to keep each session fresh and interesting.

Working out with a friend or partner is another great way to achieve your fitness goal, taking the spotlight off you!

Your personal training sessions can take place in my garden cabin or at your home, within a certain travelling distance.

Some nutrition advice is included in your PT fee. If further help is required, I have experts I can refer you to.
