Welcome to Sam M Fitness, for all your fitness, sport rehabilitation and nutrition needs.

I am Samantha Marshall, a fully qualified Personal Trainer, insured with the Register Of Exercise Professionals. I hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma and have worked in the Fitness Industry since 2006.

Originally from Zimbabwe, sport and health was always a huge part of my life. I have been a ‘gym goer’ concentrating on resistance training since my school years and participated in many different sports. From there I fell into Triathlon, which I competed in for around 8 years. Moving to the United Kingdom 12 years ago with my 10 year old son, I decided to pursue my hobbies and turn them into my career and future. In 2006 I trained to become a Fitness Instructor, Swim Teacher and a Holistic Massage Therapist. I followed this up with a Sports Massage Diploma and a Personal Training Diploma. I’m always researching the latest training methods as well as attending CPD courses to learn advanced massage techniques to keep myself informed.

I am also a certified Spin Instructor, Fitball Instructor, Circuit Instructor and Boxercise Instructor.
