Welcome to Sam M Fitness, where I can help you become a fitter, stronger and healthier version of you.

I am Samantha Marshall, a fully qualified and insured personal trainer, online and outdoor fitness trainer and clinical sports massage therapist.

Originally from Harare, Zimbabwe, sport and health was always a huge part of my life. I have been a ‘gym goer’ with a focus on resistance training since my school years and participated in many different sports ranging from softball to cycling.

When my son was 4 years old I was challenged by a friend to enter a local triathlon. I had no idea how hard triathlon was, but that was it, I was hooked. I worked hard to improve in each discipline and competed in events all over the country for around 8 years.

I moved to West Sussex in England in 2002 with my son who was 10 at the time and after a few years, decided to have a change in career and educate myself in the activities I love.

In 2006 I qualified as a Fitness Instructor, Swim Teacher and a Holistic Massage Therapist. I followed this up with a Sports Massage Diploma and a Personal Training Diploma. From there I took further courses on indoor cycling, bootcamp, fitball, circuit training and Boxercise.

I love researching the latest training trends in health, fitness and wellbeing as well as attending CPD courses to learn advanced massage techniques. I am currently working through an introduction to yoga course and a Corrective Exercise course with NASM.

I am fully insured with CIMPSA and UK Coaching.
