Outdoor and Online Fitness

I have a fantastic fitness group who I met weekly outside and online.

We began exercising outside together 3 classes a week but when Covid struck we had to make the transition to online classes.

We adapted to this new concept and continued to exercise together online throughout the lockdowns and I am very proud to say that we are all feeling fitter and stronger than ever!

The outdoor sessions are back on a Tuesday and are fun and challenging. Each session is varied and I use a mix of weights, slam balls, resistance bands, boxing and more.

The classes are for all fitness levels.

Each session will include exercises designed to strengthen and tone your muscles, raise your heartrate, improve your co ordination and balance, guaranteeing a calorie burn.

January 2022:

Tuesday 9am outdoor session is held at the new Southwater Sports Club on the Multicourt on Church Lane. RH13 9BT.

18:30 – 19:15 Online.

Own TRX strap set up is required.


09:00 – 10:00 Outdoors


07:30 – 08:15 Online

9.00 – 10:00am Online

Saturday Express 45

09:00 – 09:45 Online
