A session can be either half an hour or an hour long and depending on your goal, will vary in exercises with each session. A variety of equipment is used to keep each session fresh and interesting.
Small group training is also an option and again a fantastic way of getting fit with friends with some added friendly competition!
Training sessions can take place in your home, garden or local park.
Personal Training sessions are 1 on 1 sessions aimed at meeting and achieving your short and long term goals. Everyones goals are unique and can range from weight loss, to preparing for an event, to general fitness and health, learning how to run or for muscle gain.
If you prefer to train with a partner, friend or family member, Buddy sessions are available and can be a fun way of getting fit together. This works best if you have similar goals.
