Bootcamp provides an affordable alternative to the gym and sessions are designed to achieve maximum results in the shortest space of time. You will be sure to meet new people who share a common interest and desire to achieve similar goals, plus have a moan and a laugh with!
Sessions will use a mix of own body weight exercises, kettlebells, sandbags, boxing and TRX suspension training.
Bootcamp sessions are a fun and safe way to exercise outdoors within a group. The sessions are challenging but manageable for all levels of fitness and provide a total all body workout. Each session will include exercises which raise the heart rate, strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your endurance and help you to lose weight.
Bootcamp sessions run on the following days:
Tuesday 9:15 – 10:15am – Barns Green Village Green
Thursday 9.00 – 10:00am – Barn Green Village Hall

There is plenty of free parking at all venues.
